TL;DR
Project Manager III (Building Design and Construction): Leading high-profile and complex building design and construction projects with an accent on cross-disciplinary coordination, financial oversight, quality management, and client experience. Focus on directing multi-team delivery, managing high-risk budgets and sub-consultants, resolving project conflicts, and developing strategic client relationships.
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, or Lenexa, Kansas, United States. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required.

What you will do
- Lead high-profile, complex, and multi-phase projects across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups.
- Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and program fee matrices.
- Direct project deliverables, resources, schedules, financial performance, and quality expectations.
- Manage client communication, satisfaction, sub-consultant relationships, and conflict resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, and support talent development.
- Contribute to business development, relationship development, sustainability initiatives, and strategic pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business; relevant AEC or professional services experience may substitute.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 9 years of project management experience; 14 years is required without a degree.
- Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
- Advanced knowledge of building design and construction principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified.
