What you will do
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects from concept through product launch and handover to sustaining teams.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, dashboards, action trackers, RAID logs, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Compliance, external suppliers, contract manufacturers, and vendors.
- Lead NPI execution, including tooling, fixtures, jigs, DFM activities, FAIs, NPI builds, and ramp readiness.
- Ensure manufacturing processes, documentation, quality controls, supplier readiness, and capacity planning support mass production.
- Identify risks and constraints, drive mitigation and recovery plans, escalate decisions, and improve project processes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional, operational, or manufacturing-related projects.
- Working knowledge of project scope, scheduling, cost, risk, and change control.
- Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on site in Senai, Johor, Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or regulated and high-volume production environments.
- Experience with NPI, ramp-to-volume, or factory transfer programs.
