Delivery Manager (German)

Location: Austria, Germany, Poland, or Switzerland

Salary: €6,000–€8,600 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of international software projects, including timelines, risks, budgets, profitability, and customer expectations.
• Optimize delivery processes and monitor team performance metrics.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders and maintain customer reports and documentation.
• Analyze RFPs, evaluate proposed solutions, and prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
• Build, coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project teams.
• Communicate with customers about business development, strategies, and objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT project management experience and 1+ year of Delivery Manager experience.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change management, and risk management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, Agile, software development life cycle models, Agile contracts, and fixed-price projects.
• Technical experience in software development, QA, or a similar role, with experience in fintech or healthcare projects.
• Strong planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and requirements management skills.
• English at Intermediate+ level and German at Upper-Intermediate+ level are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, or Salesforce.
