Delivery Manager (German)

Location: Austria, Germany, Poland, or Switzerland

Salary: EUR 6,000–8,600 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of international software projects, including timelines, risks, budgets, business expectations, and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and maintain customer reports and project documentation.
• Analyze RFPs, evaluate proposed solutions, and prepare commercial proposals and client presentations.
• Build, coach, motivate, and supervise project teams while monitoring and improving performance metrics.
• Communicate with customers about business development, strategies, objectives, and project growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of IT project management experience and at least 1 year of Delivery Manager experience.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, problem solving, change management, and risk management.
• Experience managing Agile and fixed-price projects, with practical knowledge of Agile and the software development life cycle.
• Previous technical experience, such as QA or software development, and experience in fintech or healthcare projects.
• Strong planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and requirements management skills.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
