SCM Support Specialist (Supply Chain Management)

Salary: 7,000–10,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Execute daily supply chain management activities for European subsidiaries within a shared service center.
• Maintain and cleanse supply chain master data and planning parameters in SAP and connected systems.
• Perform mass maintenance of intercompany transfer prices and update product availability information.
• Create and update standardized KPI reports and dashboards for operational performance monitoring.
• Monitor automated SCM processes, identify errors, and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Grant system access, assign authorizations, and support local end users by phone, email, and web conference.

Requirements

• English at B2/C1 level required.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in international and virtual teams.
• Structured, goal-oriented, reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with master data and transactional processes.
