Customer Supply Representative

What you will do

• Complete the customer order process from order receipt through dispatch and invoicing using standard SAP processes.
• Respond to customer queries, manage order amendments, and provide proactive customer service.
• Monitor customer accounts and order books, resolving credit blocks, delivery issues, and other customer-impacting problems.
• Control delivery processes in SAP, prepare dispatch documentation, maintain system housekeeping, and remove outdated stock demands.
• Escalate availability and forecast issues and collaborate with Sales Engineers, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and customer service colleagues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email communication and provide backup support to other representatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in an international or corporate environment.
• Fluent English is required.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in export trade and S&OP processes.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Polish language skills.
