EMEA Logistics Specialist (m/f/*)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; on-site work model with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

What you will do

• Lead strategic logistics and transportation projects across the EMEA region, aligning cost, service, and cycle-time objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound transportation operations through project governance, performance tracking, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
• Manage carrier and 3PL performance, including SLA definition, KPI monitoring, and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on transit reliability, lead-time reduction, cost efficiency, and network optimization.
• Use data analytics and reporting to identify gaps and deliver measurable supply-chain improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on sourcing projects, logistics transformation, and governance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before the start date.
• At least 10 years of experience in international transportation and logistics, including project or program management exposure, within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing carrier and 3PL relationships through structured performance and governance frameworks.
• Strong background in data-driven project delivery, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply-chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics and hazardous-goods handling.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading transportation sourcing through RFQs/RFPs and cost-optimization projects.
• Knowledge of global trade practices, Incoterms, and logistics data governance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including network optimization and modeling.
• Ownership, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
