Clinical Project Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote within Canada; must reside within close proximity to a major international airport. Approximately 25% travel required.

Salary: CAD 95,000–120,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute customer implementations across vascular access, IV therapy, automated infusion therapy, and safe medication delivery.
• Coordinate product training, drug library development, IT integration, biomedical support, and other implementation activities.
• Lead internal multidisciplinary meetings and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Develop positive working relationships with key customers through networking, presentations, publications, and sharing project success stories.
• Manage entry- to intermediate-level employees and ensure budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of related experience.
• Fluent English and French required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Must be based in Canada near a major international airport and be available for approximately 25% travel.
• Advanced knowledge of the professional field and industry, with the ability to resolve complex problems using sound judgment.
