Web Developer (Drupal)

Location: United States; remote work with PST core hours required

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack Drupal websites, including custom modules, themes, configuration management, and third-party API integrations.
• Build responsive webpages and online applications from mockups and wireframes using PHP, Twig, JavaScript, CSS, and SCSS.
• Maintain multilingual product catalog content and enhance web applications such as CMS, LMS, SSO, and internal platforms.
• Write MySQL queries, troubleshoot and test fixes, conduct peer reviews, and support feature implementation.
• Improve website performance, security, accessibility, SEO, privacy, cookie consent, and analytics-driven user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, information services, product managers, project managers, and creatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of website development and design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, jQuery, PHP, CSS, responsive design, and media queries.
• Experience with open-source content management systems, cross-browser and cross-platform development, and the full web development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and professional graphic design software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability during PST core hours.

Nice to have

• Drupal module development experience.
• Git, SVN, Foundation, Bootstrap, Vue, or Angular experience.
• Experience working on a Mac platform.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
