Expeditor (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite work between facilities

Salary: $25–$35 per hour plus company equity

Builds high-power satellite platforms for commercial and U.S. government missions, with planned launches and scaled satellite production.

What you will do

• Route and dispatch materials between departments, verify incoming goods, and coordinate delivery locations.
• Maintain accurate logs for all handled and moved materials to ensure traceability.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
• Update inventory systems and track serialized or lot-controlled aerospace items.
• Safely handle high-value components and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and other equipment.
• Support shipping by organizing pickups, packaging, and loading.

Requirements

• 3+ years of receiving, shipping, and/or inventory experience.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, successful MVR check, and ability to operate a company vehicle between facilities.
• Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift, scissor lift, or cherry picker.
• Experience with inventory and kitting processes, ERP/MES systems, and inventory or inspection tracking.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics environments.
• Must meet ITAR export-control requirements as a U.S. person or be otherwise eligible for a federally issued export-control license.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ESD handling procedures.
• Experience handling serialized or lot-controlled hardware.
