eBusiness Customer Support Specialist (eCommerce)

Location: Germantown, Wisconsin, United States; Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

hirify.global supplies industrial, medical, and specialty gases, safety products, ammonia products, process chemicals, and related goods across the United States as part of Air Liquide.

What you will do

• Process website orders, returns, shipments, payments, invoices, and order status requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and telephone and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Review new user registrations and orders for potential fraud.
• Enter and track cases and leads in Salesforce and process hirify.global Outlet orders through Shopify.
• Research product and application requests, identify discontinued products, and recommend alternatives.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports while prioritizing workload and escalating complex issues with proposed resolutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer focus and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of eBusiness or eCommerce.
• Three years of customer service experience.
• Experience with a diversified distributor.
• Knowledge of SAP.
