Account Services Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite role supporting the US Region

Salary: $22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Enter and process patient information in internal systems and Salesforce.
• Initialize WatchPAT devices and maintain related customer paperwork.
• Create shipping labels, upload reports, and track device deliveries to and from patients.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from sleep clinics.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking patients and devices.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional conduct.
• Ability to manage numerous accounts, prioritize workloads, and work with minimal supervision.
• Accurate data entry and close attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use office equipment, and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
