Account Services Specialist (Medtech)

hirify.global develops medical devices, software, and related services for diagnosing and treating serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. hirify.global Itamar develops and manufactures WatchPAT home sleep apnea testing devices.

What you will do

• Enter and process patient information in internal systems and Salesforce.
• Initialize WatchPAT devices for individual patients and maintain related paperwork.
• Create shipping labels, upload reports, and track device deliveries to and from patients.
• Answer phone and email inquiries from sleep clinics.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking patients and devices.
• Identify and resolve delivery delays with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Effective written and verbal communication with professional conduct.
• Strong organization, self-direction, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to support a high volume of accounts and perform accurate data entry.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.
