Customer Service Rep (Electrical Solutions)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Salary: $20.40–$37.80 per hour

What you will do

• Research and recommend solutions for customer questions about pricing, availability, order changes, order status, and basic products.
• Receive and process domestic distributor orders by email, phone, and electronic systems including JD Edwards and Connect.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, production, shipping, and other functions on product, delivery, and service matters.
• Monitor scheduled shipments, obtain proof of delivery, and expedite shipments when needed.
• Identify components for part replacements and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Meet team key performance indicator goals.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool experience.
• Ability to work in the Anoka, Minnesota hybrid position.
