Customer Service Representative

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite. Regional travel of up to 10% is required.

Salary: $26.75–$32.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter and manage regional orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing negotiations, contracts, and customer-specific specifications.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives about deliverables and service issues.
• Complete required Customer Service Representative process certifications.
• Resolve standard and regional problems using judgment, experience, and company policies.
• Track customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer, writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools and a technical sales environment.
• Ability to learn technical product concepts, develop new skills, and work cooperatively in a team.
• Ability to work onsite in Pullman, Washington and travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
