Customer Care Representative

Location: Eagle Farm, Queensland, Australia; daily travel to the Eagle Farm office is required

What you will do

• Process customer orders and service-related activities accurately and on time.
• Respond to product, order, freight, and billing enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotations and manage order entry, edits, and maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests and problems using established procedures.
• Follow up on incoming and outgoing goods schedules and provide updates to customers and sales teams.
• Identify unresolved customer issues, sales leads, system deficiencies, and billing disputes for escalation and resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, administration, bookkeeping, call centre work, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is highly regarded.
• Reliable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Eagle Farm office every day and work occasional overtime.
