Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing Technology)

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing in the ERP system.
• Send order acknowledgements and serve as the first contact across phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, outside partners, sales, management, and quality control to provide delivery updates and resolve escalations.
• Route completed jobs through the ERP system so accounting can invoice customers accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer account records, including billing and shipping addresses, contacts, and payment terms.
• Represent hirify.global on customer supplier portals and support order-related administrative work for sales.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP software, data entry, and documentation.
• Ability to support customers across multiple communication channels.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of company products and services.
• Ability to work on-site in Huntington Beach, California.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain the required U.S. authorizations.
