Operations Supervisor (Warehouse Operations)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the assigned warehouse shift.
• Allocate resources to meet safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Manage inventory functions, including shipping time, order fill rate, inventory locations, and count accuracy.
• Develop, train, coach, and evaluate employees while building a high-performing work environment.
• Measure quality, drive continuous improvement, and identify distribution best practices.
• Maintain operational compliance and participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to consistently lift 50–75 pounds.
• Knowledge of operational budgeting and P&L accountability.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Employment eligibility verification is conducted through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience with forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or cherry pickers.
• Experience using mobile handheld devices.
