What you will do

• Manufacture quality products in sufficient quantities and within budgeted production costs.
• Set equipment feed, speed, and temperature parameters.
• Operate equipment for cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping.
• Select and measure raw materials and parts according to production specifications.
• Resolve issues involving production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations.
• Provide informal guidance to newer team members and support the work team.

Requirements

• Experience and working knowledge in the relevant job discipline.
• Basic understanding of related job disciplines gained through work experience or advanced education.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and policies with moderate supervision.
• Ability to analyze information and standard practices to resolve problems.
• Ability to continue building knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
