Warehouse Team Lead (Logistics): Leading warehouse operations, coordinating workflow, shipments, inventory control, and multifunctional teams with an accent on safety, quality, velocity, cost, and continuous improvement. Focus on resolving inventory and customer-defect issues, tracking operational metrics, operating material-handling equipment, and driving root-cause investigations.
Location: USA - TX - Fort Worth Distribution Center Northlink; onsite warehouse and distribution center role
Salary: $27.10–$36.30 per hour

What you will do
- Lead team members, coordinate workflow, delegate daily priorities, and support change management.
- Coordinate expedited shipments with logistics teams, customers, and external carriers.
- Manage warehouse zones, aged inventory, reconciliation, root-cause investigations, and customer-reported defects.
- Lead performance meetings and problem-solving events focused on safety, quality, velocity, cost, and continuous improvement.
- Track quality metrics, maintain the training matrix, and ensure team flexibility.
- Occasionally operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mathematical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Good attendance and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime when required and follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work onsite at the Fort Worth, Texas distribution center; sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing or logistics operation.
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
