TL;DR
Lead Fullstack Developer (AI): Owning end-to-end technical delivery for product modules across Python/Flask backend services, React/TypeScript frontend development, GCP cloud integrations, data, testing, and deployment with an accent on architecture, maintainability, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on designing APIs and service boundaries, troubleshooting application and cloud layers, building automated testing and CI/CD workflows, and mentoring engineers.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for a key product or module.
- Design and develop backend services and APIs with Python and Flask, including architecture, debugging, service-layer ownership, and code reviews.
- Contribute to frontend development with React and TypeScript.
- Manage GCP cloud integrations, deployments, databases, data models, releases, and production troubleshooting.
- Establish unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices while supporting CI/CD and secure development.
- Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, maintain module boundaries, and apply AI-assisted tools and agent-based automation to engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack development experience.
- Strong professional experience with Python, preferably Flask, API design, backend services, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with GCP, cloud-native applications, SQL, databases, data modeling, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with automated testing and the ability to troubleshoot application, data, cloud, and deployment layers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, service boundaries, maintainable code, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Advanced English is required for communication with global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Spanner, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, IAM, and GCP monitoring tools.
- Experience with pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, GitHub Actions, Snyk, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, agent-based tooling, MCP, prompts, skills, and developer automation.
