Control Account Manager (CAM)-Program Manager (EVM)

Salary: $128,084.00–$176,115.50 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Lead a program, Integrated Product Team, or portfolio valued at less than $50M, with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish and maintain control account plans in line with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Monitor baselines using earned value metrics, prepare variance reports, identify root causes, and forecast costs and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, functional managers, technical leads, scheduling and risk leads, and other CAMs.
• Lead stakeholder status reviews, communicate financial health and program risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on earned value management principles and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree, or a master’s degree with three years of experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience and a proven record of successful program management execution.
• PMP or equivalent certification completed or in progress.
• In-depth knowledge of EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS, plus program management lifecycle and resourcing.
• Proficiency in financial and performance metrics analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies, risk management, Lean Six Sigma, contract management, and negotiation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, systems engineering, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, technical writing, and root-cause analysis skills.
