Lead, Advanced Practice Providers

Location: United States; remote work available. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm EST. Occasional infrequent travel is required.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 per year, with additional equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a team of advanced practice providers delivering virtual maternity and infant care.
• Monitor clinical quality, review performance metrics, and identify individual and team training opportunities.
• Support the team in addressing patient and care-delivery barriers.
• Hold APPs accountable to clinical objectives and key results through regular feedback and one-on-one meetings.
• Provide frontline care insights and process-improvement recommendations to leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and support the professional growth of advanced practice providers.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Provider qualification as an FNP, CNM, or WHNP with a current unrestricted multi-state compact license.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare practice serving maternal-child health populations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and work 12pm–8pm EST, Monday through Friday.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and team-development skills.
• Ability to work with multiple technology platforms and adapt to new systems in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Experience working with Medicaid populations.
• Professional understanding of birth inequity and structural racism in maternal morbidity and mortality.
