Nurse Practitioner

Location: Hybrid role at the SoHo clinic in New York; the posting also lists Washington D.C. Part-time clinicians work approximately 23 hours per week across three days, including Friday and Saturday shifts.

Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 annual base compensation, prorated based on FTE.

What you will do

• Deliver preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support.
• Create personalized, actionable health plans based on screening data and support member follow-through.
• Educate members about dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Escalate findings requiring physician-level review and collaborate with Physicians on continuity of care.
• Work with Operators and cross-functional care teams to provide a consistent member experience.

Requirements

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
• National board certification through ANCC or AANP in good standing.
• At least one year of postgraduate experience.
• At least one year of recent outpatient experience within the past five years.
• Comfort working in a technology-focused, fast-moving clinical environment.
• Availability for required Friday and Saturday shifts plus one weekday half-day.
