Software Applications & Data Program Manager

Location: San Bruno, California, United States

Base salary: $185,000–$210,000 per year, excluding benefits and potential equity.

What you will do

• Coordinate software teams across Fleet Management, UI, and Data Integrations for the hirify.global Commercial platform.
• Track resourcing, dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as Scrum Master and Jira lead for the Software Applications & Data team.
• Own third-party data integrations with customers, partners, and vendors, including sample data, schemas, and API connections.
• Maintain the integrated software deployment schedule across applications and connected systems.
• Prepare executive updates and turn changing requirements into clear priorities, decisions, and ownership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software program management experience, preferably with software products that include a physical hardware component.
• Experience organizing complex first-generation software products and taking multiple products through late-stage development, pilots, and commercial deployment.
• Knowledge of both on-device software and cloud applications for monitoring and controlling devices.
• Experience with data integrations, including native APIs and flat-file ingestion.
• Strong technical depth and experience coordinating dependencies across software, firmware, data, computer vision, engineering, product, operations, and sales.
• Advanced experience with Jira, Notion, Scrum rituals, and Scrum of Scrums, together with clear executive and partner communication.

• Experience with AI-powered workflows.
• Strong preference for experience with software products connected to physical hardware.
