Director, Technology Operations

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business and financial objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Build stakeholder relationships across business units and influence strategic decisions.
• Translate business requirements into technology strategies and oversee implementation.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cross-functional accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6 years of project, program, or program operations experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Experience defining and implementing large-scale technology programs aligned with business strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, risk assessment, data analysis, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of project, program, or program operations experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
