National Account Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States. The role requires 50–60% travel.

Base salary: $124,000–$186,000 per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with foodservice management company partners in the healthcare segment.
• Develop strategic business plans, customized customer presentations, and initiatives to secure new business.
• Negotiate contracts covering execution, visibility, marketing, and staff programming.
• Build vertical and horizontal route-to-market strategies with distributor partners.
• Lead category priorities and share best practices across non-commercial channels.
• Track sales volumes, budgets, distribution gaps, campaign effectiveness, and financial targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of foodservice management company account management or marketing strategy experience.
• Experience leading strategic planning across teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, financial management, decision-making, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate category insights into operational success and use internal and external data.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
