Senior Account Manager (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, overseeing project execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology teams to deliver marketing campaigns.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, progress tracking, and key performance indicator reporting.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while contributing to agency growth.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale interactive marketing projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation in healthcare.
• Experience developing and executing successful healthcare marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work in the New York hybrid office arrangement.
