Senior Technical Trainer, Test (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Stennis, Mississippi, United States; successful candidates must clear a US government background check to obtain clearance for on-site work at a government partner location.

Salary: $108,000–$162,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Partner with Stennis Test subject matter experts to identify learning needs across operational tasks and processes.
• Develop technical learning content and programs aligned with company learning standards.
• Plan, facilitate, and manage in-person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, materials, attendance, and learner feedback.
• Use the learning management system to maintain training programs, self-service resources, and compliance records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, report findings to stakeholders and senior leadership, and improve scalable and automated learning systems.
• Engage external partners and vendors for specialized training resources and programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training; aerospace maintenance or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Collaborative, analytical, and goal-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and content authoring tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; successful candidates must pass the required US government background check.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of technical training experience, preferably in aerospace maintenance or manufacturing.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline/360.
