Mgr Solutions Delivery (Identity Security)

Location: Shakopee, Minnesota, United States; customer and project travel may be required.

Salary: $166,419–$244,081 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Systems Integrators responsible for implementation, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and technical delivery.
• Oversee integration execution across customer projects, including infrastructure, networking, servers, operating systems, databases, security, hardware, availability, and scalability.
• Manage technical escalations, customer expectations, delivery risks, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action plans.
• Partner with Project Management, Sales, Support, Engineering, Product, customers, and Professional Services leadership.
• Monitor utilization, billable hours, resource allocation, delivery costs, project efficiency, capacity, and operational trends.
• Improve deployment standards, documentation, automation, knowledge sharing, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in systems integration, software implementation, technical services, solution delivery, software development, support engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, coordinating, or managing technical professionals in a customer-facing delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of system integration, enterprise applications, infrastructure, networking, servers, operating systems, databases, security, validation, documentation, and support handoff.
• Experience with demanding customers in finance, government, identity, payments, secure credential issuance, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, risk-management, organizational, and people-leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience as a Systems Integrator, Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, Implementation Engineer, Solution Architect, or Senior Support Engineer.
• Experience with card personalization, EMV, smart cards, PKI, key management, HSMs, identity management, biometrics, or secure issuance.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, networking, databases, cloud platforms, containers, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, JFrog, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Spanish language capability and relevant project, security, cloud, cybersecurity, or ITIL certifications.
