Manager, Professional Services

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications; additional compensation and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Lead Consultants and Project Managers, supporting performance, wellbeing, and development in a high-demand environment.
• Own revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and related operational KPIs.
• Oversee customer outcomes and the delivery of high-quality implementations and enhancements.
• Plan capacity, allocate resources, forecast staffing, and balance workloads across Implementation and Project Management functions.
• Standardize processes to reduce variability and improve repeatability and scalability.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders and support sales with services advice, scoping, and solution configuration.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in Professional Services, consulting, or similar services environments.
• Hands-on experience managing revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and other operational KPIs.
• Experience with capacity planning, staffing, and workload forecasting.
• Experience delivering external customer-facing services, including Professional Services, Consulting, Implementation, or billable Customer Success.
• Experience creating structure and scalable processes in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English is required for customer and cross-country collaboration; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software implementations, preferably ERP.
• Manufacturing experience or familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the wood industry or furniture production.
