Field Engineering Supervisor (Gaming)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Full-time onsite role with 0–25% travel required.

What you will do

• Coordinate Field Engineering activities supporting sales, product development, technical teams, product administration, and tribal casino customers.
• Lead requirements analysis, project schedules, defect triage, proposals, statements of work, designs, plans, and status reporting.
• Guide research, design, and development projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Mentor Field Engineers, provide corrective training and counseling, and coordinate technical and clerical training for new hires.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional partners to improve processes and achieve business goals.
• Conduct audits and inspections of hirify.global equipment in customer server rooms while ensuring compliance with tribal gaming regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in field engineering or customer service.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple small- to medium-sized projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, presentation software, Project, and Visio.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives; casino gaming experience is preferred.
