Location: Dover, Delaware, covering the Dover and Harrington area and region; customer-site field work and travel to other department facilities may be required.

What you will do
- Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot electronic gaming machines, electronic table games, and related equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing to verify equipment operation.
- Use management terminals to monitor machine status and prepare accessories for installations and conversion projects.
- Complete incident reports, maintenance records, and daily or weekly technical logs in line with company and Gaming Commission standards.
- Follow field-service, vehicle, equipment-handling, ladder, electrical, and other safety procedures.
- Review customer issues with management and technical leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
- One year of experience assembling, testing, and repairing electronic gaming devices, or six months of experience plus a related gaming school certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, network communication, network troubleshooting, and PC security risks.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems to the assembly level, read schematics and service manuals, and prepare installations with limited or no supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level electronics training is helpful.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly for short distances and safely use hand tools, power tools, and moving equipment.
