Field Service Technician II (iGaming)

Location: California, US; field coverage of the Los Angeles area and region

Salary: $27.00–$28.00 per hour, with eligibility for supplemental overtime earnings.

What you will do

• Move, load, unload, and transport gaming products to customer sites.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utility products.
• Use ServiceMax and Zinc to manage customer tickets, product support requests, and parts.
• Track and maintain parts inventory and related documentation.
• Support other technicians with utility and EGM products while providing professional customer assistance.
• Apply field safety procedures and use hand tools, multimeters, drills, and other equipment safely.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience assembling, testing, or troubleshooting electronic devices.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a valid gaming card, or the ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, electricity, basic electronics, mechanics, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds and perform physical field-service activities including standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Availability for short-notice travel, on-call work, flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays; some domestic and international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Technical or military training.
• Knowledge of EGMs, Coolsign, signage, utility and table products, and basic networking.
