AI Security Manager

Location: Remote from any location in the United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the AI security practice and translate strategy into standards, controls, and delivery outcomes.
• Own security architecture reviews for AI products, autonomous agents, IDE extensions, and Microsoft 365 add-ins.
• Govern AI data through classification, sensitivity labeling, retention, DLP policies, and access controls.
• Define security policies for autonomous agents and monitor MCP connections, OAuth flows, and cross-platform communications.
• Perform AI threat modeling and risk assessments covering prompt injection, data poisoning, model exfiltration, and agent drift.
• Partner with legal, risk, data, architecture, and delivery teams while mentoring security and engineering associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture, engineering, or operations, including 3+ years with Microsoft security technologies.
• Hands-on experience securing AI, machine learning, or automation workloads in an enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 E7 security architecture, including Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Agent 365, DLP, and Intune.
• Experience with Zero Trust, AI threat modeling, data governance, enterprise architecture reviews, and third-party AI platform security.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in Agile or Scrum environments.
