Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; branch-based role with branch hours that may include weekends and evenings.

Annual base pay: $38,250–$61,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve performance goals and support nearby branches when needed.
• Follow regulatory, risk management, fraud prevention, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, consultative sales, and influence skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools, computers, and basic mathematics, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow procedures.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent education and training.
