Branch Operations Manager (Banking)

Location: Acton, Massachusetts, United States; branch-based work with availability during branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Annual base pay: $38,250–$64,000 USD.

What you will do

• Manage branch operations, customer transactions, lobby flow, and service quality.
• Control operational risks related to cash handling, vault and ATM custodianship, compliance, and loss prevention.
• Conduct cash counts, maintain accurate audit logs, and support the teller line.
• Resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and build strong customer relationships across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Use digital tools and data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement and branch performance.
• Coach colleagues, provide feedback, and support employee development; assist nearby branches when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of successful branch banking or related operations/support experience, or 12+ months of qualifying hirify.global experience with required endorsements.
• 18+ months of cash-handling experience and 18+ months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in cash handling, audit logs, digital tools, computer use, and basic math.
• Knowledge of company policies, compliance regulations, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
