Branch Manager (Fintech)

Location: Wauseon, Ohio, United States; onsite. Schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts.

Salary: $47,100–$65,950 annual base salary, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present appropriate lending options.
• Lead team meetings, align employees with branch goals, and motivate high performance.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance, and collections while providing real-time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers develop solutions for overdue accounts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high-quality branch team.
• Provide actionable feedback, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within six months of the start date.
• Ability to work onsite in Wauseon, Ohio, during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts.
