What you will do

• Deliver a differentiated customer experience that supports financial wellbeing and customer loyalty.
• Process customer interactions and explain available options for financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage with lobby customers and position relevant hirify.global products using technology and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems while completing teller and branch operational transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support proactive sales conversations through service-to-sales activities, teller interactions, and outbound engagement.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, manage risk, detect and prevent fraud, and follow established policies and procedures.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
