Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Retain and grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Skills in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
