Area Customer Experience Specialist-Float (Banking)

Location: Coloma, Michigan, United States; office-based role with travel between local branch locations

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, supporting customer transactions, account servicing, and daily branch operations.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Support branch colleagues and maintain consistent customer experiences while traveling between locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability when traveling to multiple branches throughout the week.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, financial products, and presentation activities.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Experience in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, or military administration, contracting, or civil affairs.
• Notary licensing; NMLS licensing is available as part of career development.
