Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and financial wellbeing opportunities, then recommend appropriate hirify.global products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and other sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through differentiated service and ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options using technology, tools, and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems, follow policies and procedures, manage risk, and support efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience; no degree is required if comparable experience is demonstrated.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer service, and customer experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities, solve problems, and understand customer needs.
• Must work in the Atlanta, Georgia branch office.
