Client Officer (Banking)

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $22.27–$33.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support the Client Manager with branch operations, client service, internal sales activities, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Execute daily banking processes, including cash handling, new accounts, account maintenance, service requests, and client profiling.
• Monitor branch compliance, certifications, operational reviews, audit procedures, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Promote bank products and services, identify cross-selling and referral opportunities, and support client retention and relationship growth.
• Support, coach, mentor, and develop banking office sales and service colleagues.
• Partner with colleagues and business units to deliver appropriate solutions and meet branch sales and referral goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 2 years of basic computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• SAFE Act registration in good standing, or eligibility to be registered under the SAFE Act and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, products, services, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
