Director, Business Banking Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Location: Brockton, Massachusetts, United States; onsite

Salary: $108,750–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop, advise, manage, and retain business and consumer client relationships.
• Acquire new commercial banking clients and expand existing relationships.
• Build internal partnerships across the bank to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Advise clients on financial products, solutions, and strategies.
• Monitor banking industry and sector-specific trends.
• Research and resolve customer service issues through ownership and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or an equivalent field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of business banking relationship management or related business lending experience.
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit products, and deposit products.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and perform cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical, consulting, negotiating, communication, presentation, and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal banking compliance regulations and ability to coach and mentor colleagues.

Nice to have

• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
