Director Business Banking Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $108,750–$180,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop, advise, manage, and retain business and consumer client relationships.
• Acquire new commercial banking clients and expand existing relationships.
• Build internal partnerships across the bank to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Advise clients on banking products, financial solutions, and business strategies.
• Monitor banking industry trends and competitor products.
• Research and resolve customer service issues through to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or an equivalent field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of business banking relationship management or related business lending experience.
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit products, and deposit products.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and perform cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical, consulting, negotiating, communication, presentation, and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations; ability to manage portfolios and coach team members.

Nice to have

• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
