Relationship Manager II (Fintech)

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new small business and personal clients and deepen existing relationships through tailored banking solutions.
• Manage a client portfolio, identify needs, and grow deposits, investments, credit, loan, and fee-income opportunities.
• Provide financial advice based on client data, financial statements, business conditions, and growth ambitions.
• Build internal partnerships across the bank to resolve service issues and connect clients with appropriate products and specialists.
• Develop business through networking, community participation, and professional relationship-building.
• Manage lending risk and comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, BSA, KYC, CRA, and fair-lending standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience and 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Must be registered or licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or be eligible for registration under the Safe Act and remain in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of personal and business banking products, financial statements, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CIP, KYC, and risk management.
