Manager, Program Management- Health (Pharmacy)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite at 1940 Argentia Rd.

Salary: CAD 91,900–126,390 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Implement pharmacy program plans, changes, and operational solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, build trust, and track high-level deliverables and milestones.
• Prioritize critical issues for root-cause analysis, monitor execution, and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Evaluate program performance using KPIs, trend data, customer feedback, projections, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Recommend program adjustments and process improvements to leadership while collaborating on service and product capability improvements.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, and develop associates while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience with Kroll or another pharmacy management software platform.
• Deep expertise in SQL or another backend tool.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy domain.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and system execution across stores.
• Experience in retail, pharmacy, or a similar health domain is strongly preferred.
