Technical Program Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Office-based in Toronto, Canada, with flexibility to work from home as applicable

Salary: CAD 98,000–123,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own, plan, and deliver high-visibility cross-functional initiatives, technical projects, and complex platform features.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership, including Directors, Senior Directors, and Vice Presidents.
• Define, measure, and own critical metrics for Platform teams.
• Inspect metric variances, recommend corrective actions, and drive improvements in program outcomes.
• Align loosely coupled, fast-moving, high-velocity teams and facilitate decisions on ambiguous technical problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience leading complex technical projects.
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions or managing infrastructure projects.
• Experience with work planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Aha, Trello, or Asana.
• Understanding of Platform Engineering and its organizational value.
• Experience defining effective program metrics and using them to evaluate success and identify issues.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to work planning and execution tracking.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and current market trends.
• Experience in Product Operations or Engineering Operations.
• Experience managing Data Center, Security, or FinOps teams.
• Technical certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Security, or other cloud-native technologies.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent professional proficiency.
