Sr. Alliances & Enablement Specialist, Frontier Technical Skilling (Microsoft)

Location: Toronto, Calgary, New Brunswick, Ottawa, or Vancouver, Canada

Base salary: CAD 81,600–102,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus.

What you will do

• Manage Microsoft enablement reporting and documentation for sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate training and certification plans with employees, managers, Learning & Development, and technical stakeholders.
• Track Frontier badges, certifications, MAICPP compliance, designations, specializations, and partner-readiness requirements.
• Publish weekly leaderboards and manager updates covering participation, progress, risks, and gaps.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, and provide access to Microsoft learning resources, certification opportunities, and product updates.
• Maintain Microsoft portals, governance materials, communications plans, and audit-ready proof of execution.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in enablement, learning, certification, partner, or technical-readiness programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, Microsoft Learn, certifications, badges, designations, specializations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and Microsoft 365, including maintaining SharePoint sites or portals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, AI, security, and business applications solutions and related learning paths.
• Strong program management, reporting, documentation, governance, risk management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
