Senior Coordinator, Project Management

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, 814 Respect Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Hourly wage: $19.00–$35.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

What you will do

• Coordinate fixture and display processing and installation with offsite warehouse and store operations associates.
• Manage remodeling workflows, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain operational and safety standards.
• Support shopping cart retrieval and recovery programs in collaboration with stores, vendors, Asset Protection, city officials, and market leadership.
• Provide customer service, resolve concerns, and support purchasing decisions in remodeled areas.
• Communicate project status, phasing plans, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Analyze data and feedback to improve processes, operational efficiency, and project outcomes while coaching team members.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and coordination, including task delegation and timeline management.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and business partners.
• Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of operational compliance and process improvement supporting store remodels and fixture management.
• Ability to lead and participate in teams through coaching, feedback, and resource sharing.
• Required job-related trainings and assessments must be completed successfully.
