Senior Manager, Project Management - Operations Governance

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, 1601 SE 10th St, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Establish and manage governance processes, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworks for strategic operational initiatives.
• Facilitate steering committees, portfolio reviews, governance forums, and leadership operating cadences.
• Standardize KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and business performance management practices.
• Oversee project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, and timelines for cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, meeting summaries, and action-oriented updates.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Strategy, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience and 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in business operations, program or project management, PMO, operational governance, or strategy and operations.
• Experience supporting executives, leading cross-functional initiatives, and working in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing governance processes, executive reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, dashboarding tools, and project or portfolio management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience managing small or medium-scale change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
